Kids| Developing Problem Solving skills

Kids develop problem solving skills whenever they play in groups. As an adult, there are times that we want to solve the problems they are having while they are playing but let that be the last option.

➡️Let their thinking and problem solving skills come to play by asking them questions that could lead them to solving the problem. 🙂

➡️After this, you will observe that they will try to do the same question and answer pattern in order to solve their next problem while playing.

➡️This will come very handy when faced with a difficulty in life. They’ll use these thinking and problem solving skills to analyze and think of possible solutions to their problems.

The role of parents in this case is to guide them as they try to solve their difficulties.

Remember, once they grow up, they will be mingling with other people. They will have to make decisions when parents are not around. Now that they are with us, we do our best to train them the way that they should go, so that when they are old they will not depart from it. (Hopefully!)😁

Of course there would be ups and downs along the road but they will keep on coming back on the things we have taught them in the end. That is why it is important to build a strong foundation on kids. They need a point of reference to go back to when life suddenly becomes a mess.

We keep teaching our kids the right way, to love God and to love other people. If we don’t put a good foundation on them someone else will—school, media, other people, the world, etc. and we might not like the things that they are going to give our kids as a foundation.
