Random| Streets, Satchels, and Swimming areas

Jeddah streets have less people before the breaking of the fast during Ramadan (around 6-7pm).๐Ÿ˜ƒ

It has been a long time since I walked with my family outside because of the weather in Saudi Arabia, of course.

The other day, we decided to walk to our friend’s house because our car was not with us that time.

It’s actually fun because the kids saw the buildings and the neighborhood. I took some photos and videos while walking which would have been much better if the buildings here don’t look the same. ๐Ÿ˜‚

Not many cars were in the streets that time which was good for us because we had three kids with us, who, five minutes before we reach the destination, started complaining of the long walk. I told them that in other countries, that’s all you’ll be doing to get to your destination so they should get used to it. ๐Ÿ˜‚

Whenever I hear satchel, I am reminded of the animated movie TANGLED. ๐Ÿ˜ I saw these satchels and I just really want these brown leather bags. I prefer the small ones. Not too small like a purse and not too big like an office bag. Just medium-sized one because I’m petite. ๐Ÿ™‚

A friend told me I can get it from AliExpress. ๐Ÿ™‚

We were looking for a place to spend Eid vacation in and found resorts in Obhur, a place around 35-40 minutes away from the city.

To be in the sea again, oh, it just felt good. ๐ŸŠ๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ Can’t wait. I don’t usually swim in outings but I might this time. ๐Ÿ˜

We also discovered that Saheel resort (Sheraton resort) is already closed. That is sad. I know many filipinos have had their events and family gathering there. Even schools used to go there for trips. I think many resorts in that area have closed as well. Maybe due to the many changes that are happening in Saudi Arabia that have affected the company and their employees. ๐Ÿ™‚

To see more interesting places in Jeddah, you can start by watching this video of Jeddah Waterfront that I made last year. ๐Ÿ˜ƒ
