Here are some random thoughts lately:
- LISTEN. I should listen to what comes out of my mouth. I’ve come to the point where I hear myself complaining a lot. Listening to the words I say helps me assess my emotions, and help me get back to thinking right.
- DARE. Dare to face fears. Challenge myself to do something I’ve never done or I’ve wanted to do for a long time. My professor once told our class that to face a fear or challenge each year helps increase one’s ability to take risks, to make decisions with courage, to face difficult situations.
- UPGRADE. If I’ve been doing the same thing over and over again, I should try changing the routine by upgrading(NOT removing or minimizing), leveling up, stepping a ladder higher. Adding a variation to something that has been routinely done. This will help me enjoy and get excited the next time I work on something.
